La CaPannetta is located on the beautiful Amalfi Coast and precisely in Ravello, a historic town renowned for its villas and its international music festival.

The house is 63 km from Naples Capodichino airport and can be easily reached by hire car or bus. Surrounded by greenery, it is located less than 2 km from the centre of Ravello, where you will find the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the 'piazzetta', the starting point for visiting the renowned Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone, with their wonderful gardens. From the house you can easily reach the beach of Minori in 20 minutes on foot, via a communal staircase. Amalfi is about 9 km away by car/public transport, and 4 km on foot. Positano is only 25 km away.

The site is in a central, strategic position for the most beautiful walks of the Amalfi Coast, such as the Sentiero degli Dei (Gods' Path), the Valle delle Ferriere e del Dragone (Ferriere and Dragon Valley), the Avvocata, the church of San Nicolò, the Sentiero dei Limoni (Lemons' Path), Santa Maria del Monte, as well as other walks, less demanding but equally beautiful in terms of landscape and nature. 

Located near the historic village of Torello, a hamlet of Ravello, in the 'Casa Rossa' district, this rural house combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Entirely renovated between 2020-2021, respecting the local architectural tradition, it can be reached from the road and from the communal parking area, available but not guaranteed, via a descending staircase of approximately 110 steps, very close to the ancient 13th-century historic chapel, Santa Maria della Rotonda. La CaPAnnetta awaits you, immersed in nature and with its exceptional panorama embracing the sea, the nearby mountains, the village of Torello and the houses of Ravello.

The house consists of:

- A living room with a panoramic view of the coast with a complete kitchen (oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, iron, reversible hot-cold air conditioning),

- An adjoining small room with a a desk and private bathroom (washbasin, toilet and shower) with hot/cold air conditioning,

- Another living room overlooking the main terrace and with a panoramic view of the coast, equipped with a double sofa bed (1,40x1,90), a private bathroom (washbasin, toilet and shower) and hot/cold air conditioning,

- A room on the lower floor, at garden level, equipped with a double bed (mt 1,40 x mt 200), a private bathroom (washbasin, toilet and shower), independent mini-kitchen with induction hob, fridge and microwave.

- Each room is furnished simply but tastefully and comfortably, respecting the local architecture: all rooms are vaulted (up to 4.80 m high) and there are numerous glass French windows that allow you to enjoy the view from every room.

The main terrace overlooks a splendid landscape and allows guests to relax and take their meals under a pergola covered by a beautiful orange tree and a pinot noir vineyard, depending on the season.

La CaPannetta is a rural property, spread over traditional terraced lemon groves, that caters mainly to lovers of nature and exceptional views, who wish to 'experience' the Amalfi Coast in its many aspects, always feeling 'at home'.
