The appartment is on the first floor of the fourteenth century Palazzo Stiattesi which in the sixteenth century was the home of the Filicaia family. The building is located right behind Palazzo Vecchio, in the heart of the historical center. All the main Florentine monuments are within maximum ten minutes walking distance.
The appartment has a private courtyard and a terrace from where you can see the tower of Palazzo Vecchio and the Corridoio Vasariano. The appartment is lxuriously furnished with both antique and modern. All the rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings and there is still the original antique floor in traditional red Florentine cotto tiles. There is a fresco discovered at the time of the last restorations of the appartment. There are two large double bedrooms, a study that could be used as a third bedroom, a big living room with fireplace, a dining room, a laundry and two bathrooms with bath and shower. The appartment is on one floor, it has air-conditioning, and all modern conveniences.

- Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast
