Rossella mottola (Italia)
Fantastic Place This Apartment i placed i Atrani, a 5 min walk(with Stairs) from Amalfi. Its a fantastic place not because it has jacuzzi or pool, but because it has the most fantastic view, and the most fantastic terrasse. the communication was exceptional, rosella has the quickest response we have experienced ever anywhere, and was eager to solve any problem we might have had. Atrani is much more quiet than Amalfi or Positane. we would choose that any day. There are a lot of beutifull, but steep hikes you can take from here, and buses and boats can take you anywhere. The apartment has what you need , very basic, and very picturesque. We would love o come back ps: Donna Stella best Pizza in town :-)

La Bella Vita
I am an architect and swimmer and have traveled 6 times to Italy, living in Tuscany in 1992. The Costiera Amalfitana is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, and the Casa Rossa is simply a little palazzo out of my dreams. There is magic on the balconies: every major room has one, overlooking the charming town of Atrani, sunrise over the hills to the east, and the blue Mediterranean in its various moods. Surf on the beach lulls you to sleep; chiming quarter hours at the Birecto chapel, birdsong, and fragrant lemon groves on the unbelievably huge, sunny tiled patio; simply out of my dreams. Amuse yourself with traffic foibles on the coast highway below. If the dreamy town of Atrani reminds you of an Escherian masterpiece, well there is a reason. M. C. Escher lived a decade in Atrani; it served as a great inspiration for the artist, as it has for my wife and I. The house is conspicuous on the Aurea hill amid whitewashed neighbors and well appointed. The town of Atrani sports good food and friendly shopkeepers, many of whom speak English and other languages, pleasant locals who are keen to say, "buon giorno", natural beauty, everything that amazes you in a postcard of the bella vita. You'll need to be fit to get up and down to town but you get used to it. There is an elevator from the Luna Rossa garage (not affiliated) that facilitates access. We stayed one week at Easter 2017 and found Atrani the ideal place for our jaunts. Atrani is quieter than its sister Amalfi, and that town is really just a ten minute stroll away. We drove to Paestum, Pompeii, walked the Dragone Valley to Ravello and Minori (challenging!), took a ferry from Amalfi to Capri. We visited as a family of four, girl 14 boy 10; both had their own rooms and enjoyed the accommodations. Mom and girl went shopping, boy and Dad went swimming. Kids had a bathroom with shower, the master suite has a heavenly, small bathroom with a grand view of the Mediterranean for a decadent bath. Washer in the kids bath; there is ample space to air-dry clothes so you can pack light. Kitchen has everything needed for a stay, shop in town or in Amalfi for provisions. Friendly Milena greeted us at Luna Rossa and helped us get situated. Rossella was gracious and fulfilled our every need. Of my 6 trips to Italy, including all my time in Tuscany at 21, this was the very finest time I've ever had in Italy, and Casa Rossa was a big part of that. I think you'll find you live like a Duke at Casa Rossa. Enjoy the bella vita of the Amalfi Coast!
