We had a beautiful stay at the apartment. Of all the places we saw along the Amalfi coast, we had THE best views from our apartment. Amazing. The place was clean and bright and comfortable and bigger than the photos make out. The kitchen is big enough to cook in and has all implements to cook with. A note: this is a holiday house, so things like oil, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper are not provided. There is a grocery store close by that stocks everything. The apartment is in the small village of Conca Dei Marini, one of the quietest villages along the coast, and the apartment is halfway up the village, which is full of steps, so steps up to a few restaurants and grocery store (10 mins), and steps down to the coastal road (to catch the bus) and two small beaches (10-15 mins). The Conca dei Marini beach is wonderful - small but has three restaurants and kiosk plus you can catch a free boat to another beach close-by with a great restaurant. Travel via a bus to and from Conca is fine but sometimes the bus is not quite on time and can't pick you up as they're full. So this spot is perfect if you're not rushed and happy to wait around or drive yourself. We had wonderful host Rosella and Milena book us a driver for our trip back to Napoli - she was really lovely and happy to help. Recommend for a lazy delicious village/ beach holiday, or as a great quiet base for Amalfi coast IF you have transportation like a scooter.

Our stay at Rossella's place was fantastic.
Our stay at Rossella's place was fantastic. The apartment appeared exactly as in the pictures, except that the view from the balcony was far more beautiful than the pictures can show. We were checked-in by one of Rossella's associates, who was very accommodating to our late arrival. She gave us a very thorough introduction to the house, community, beach and food options. Parking card for the town of Conca dei Marini was included as advertised. The apartment is within walking distance of a few local restaurants, all very good. The beach is accessible via a pretty substantial number of stairs. Although pretty much all of the Amalfi coast involves many stairs so plan accordingly. We had a car rented for the whole stay, which I would recommend if you're not afraid of driving. The house is about a 10 minute drive to Amalfi, 10 minutes to Praiano, and maybe 20-30 minutes to Positano. Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend Rossella's place if you're looking to stay somewhere less crowded than the big Amalfi towns with arguably one of the best views on the coast.

views ...... absolutely amazing!!!!
I would have to say that Rosella was a fantastic host.I went to the Amalfi coast with my wife and two teenage children and the apartment in Conca dei Marini was perfect. the views were absolutely amazing!!!! I drove our car from Roma and the parking provided was both close to the apartment and very convenient. I especially enjoyed how quiet the town of Conca dei Marina was. I was able to make day trips to Amalfi, Positano, Capri and Rosella, and it was nice returning to a quiet peaceful area on the coast. Also, the beach in Conca was fantastic. very private and not crowded at all. The apartment had a full kitchen and was perfect for preparing meals if need be. There was also a very nice restaurant very close by to the apartment and Amalfi was only a 15 minute car ride away.
Great home/apartment for an Amalfi vacation,I would reccomend it for sure.
Lastly, I can"t say enough good things about Rosella from L'Altra Costiera s.a.s., she was a super hostess and very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Check out her info@altracostiera.com for more info.
Thanks again Rosella!!

Our staying in Conca dei Marini for the week 23.09/29.09.2012
What we liked most was the viewof the coast.
The apartment was perfect and very very clean and it was very important for us. Have a computer at home was a good idea.
The apartment was very spacy (a lot of room).
The site is well located(near the bus station, near the sea)Directly on the coast. When we arrived on Sunday Paola showed us the apartment, she was perfect, very sympatic, funny, simple and very useful. She explains very well.
Thanks!

Very nice and elegant apartment with a stunning view over the coastline and the sea. Altracostiera staff has been very helpful at every stage, from reservation, welcome, availability during our stay and departure. Parking is easily available on the street beside the apartment but is on charge as everywhere on the Amalfi coast. The public beach at Conca dei marini is easy to reach. We recommend the private Lido Capo di Conca just nearby even if it costs about 30€ for the day for a family of Four (umbrella, sunchairs, towels are included).
We liked most the view, the very good taste of the decoration, the air conditioning and the availability of the Altracostiera staff (thank you Rossella and Paola!). Also the availability of a large screen Apple computer and of a printer.
Just excellent!
