Casa Laudano is a charming apartment located in Amalfi in a condominium with a spectacular sea view. Renovated between 2022 and 2023 it is reachable by elevator, but two floors must be reached via 40 comfortable steps.

The house has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning, a combined living/dining room, a kitchen with kitchenette and small terrace.

The rooms are composed as follows:

*"Amalfi room” a double bed and balcony showcases a sea view, the surrounding mountains, part of the beautiful coastal town of Amalfi and a the Saracen Tower.

*"Minori room” a double bed and window that overlooks the sea, surrounding mountains, and part of the town of Amalfi, also with a view of the Saracen Tower

*“Ravello room” a double bed and window with a sea view

*“Positano room” a double bed and window with sea view

All rooms have a private bathroom complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet

*Living room with window overooking the sea, a sofa, a dining table

The kitchen has access to a balcony (without view) and has an induction hob, electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher

It is very important to know that the kitchen has only 2 induction hobs and is therefore not suitable for cooking for many people

It is possible to reach the apartment even without lift and via a total of 128 external steps and 40 internal ones for a total of 168 steps

The property stands on the western side of Amalfi, along the road to Positano in front of the renowned and luxurious Hotel Santa Caterina, in a privileged position, still today a regular stop for tourists for the splendid panorama. It is situated at about 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Duoglio (Lido degli Artisti), which can be accessed via a spectacular descent of steps or by one of many boats that leave from the harbor (10/15 minutes walk from the house).

The spacious interiors and the striking views of the apartments can be enjoyed in all seasons. It is close to many outstanding villages, historic sites and locations (Ravello, Positano, Emerald Grotto, Paestum, Pompeii, Capri, etc..), offers access to the great cities of of Naples and Salerno, and is ideally situated to enjoy the many attractions and events that the Amalfi Coast can offer.
