Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

A beautiful house located in the oldest village of the Amalfi Coast. It has a private pool, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a combined living/kitcken/dining and terrace overlooking the hill of Ravello and the sea.

Bellavista is situated in the hamlet of Campidoglio in Scala which is the oldest village of the Amalfi coast. According to ancient chronicles it was founded in the fourth century by shipwrecked Romans headed to Constantinople. The news, however, is not historically proven.
Scale is about 400 meters above the sea and from the property there is the view of the sea and the famous village of Ravello the city of classical music, which captured the heart of many painters and writers.

Bellavista has a pool, a solarium and private terrace with an exquisite panorama.
The interior is well furnished and is made up of:
• An area with kitchen corner/dining and living room with a terrace overlooking the sea and with a table and chairs to enjoy the meals
• Two bedrooms each with a double bed
• A bathroom with a shower

Electric heater for the winter term and Air conditioning
Maid service is available if requested.

The distance to the main square Piazza Municipio by car is 2km and on foot trough the shortcuts is about km 1,2

STUNNING view

The Scala Bellavista Apt was as described on the website. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a STUNNING view. If you were wanting to cook there you might find the kitchen a little small but we ate out. Rossella and her team were helpful and always prompt. Would stay again!

Incredible vista and wonderful apartment

The views from the apartment are absolutely fantastic- any time of day or night you will end up looking over the coast and Ravello- tv is definitely not needed!!
It’s well placed for visiting Ravello, Amalfi, Minori and Maori. The town of Scala is typically Italian with butcher, cafe, and small supermarket, lovely old centre and some incredible restaurants!!
The apartment is comfortable, with pretty much everything you need, and the pool is a nice touch when the heat gets a bit too much!

An amazing property. The view alone is worth staying. Check-in was smooth and efficient. We were shown around and given all the information we needed. Lovely touches; wine and milk were in the fridge when we arrived. Jams, teas and sugar were also provided. We had a hire car and the blue line parking pass that was provided was very handy. It is very clean and comfortable. Beds also very comfortable. The pool is wonderful and is one of the best parts of this property. We enjoyed our stay here.

We can really recommend the appartment, if you are looking for a quiet space to relax with your family. From the balcony, you have one of the best views to the Amalfi coast. Appartment and Pool are exactly like in the description. - really nice- But think about the extra 15 minutes with the car you have to go to reach the appartment from sea level.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour. Tres bon accueil, tres chaleureux. Appartement avec une superbe vue sur Ravello et au calme. Piscine tres agréable. Nous y avons passé une semaine tres plaisante. Nous avons testé la cuisine du resto familial "il pinguino" dans le village, et nous la recommandons.

Absolute schöne Sicht über die Amalfiküste. Das älteste Dorf der Amalfiküste hat etwas besonderes. Die einheimischen Dorfbewohner, sogar der Pfarrer, begrüßt uns persönlich. Ich war mit diesem wunderschönen Dorf sehr vertraut.

never forget Bellavista

The apartment Bellavista in Scala is, to say in one word, wonderful. We stayed 2 weeks with the four of us and had an amazing vacation at the Amalfi Coast. Scala is located centrally and is easily reached by car. The public transportation is a great option as well. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Everything was very clean and tidy. The pool is amazing and big enough, definitely for four people. The view is truly breathtaking. You have an entire overview of Ravello and the sea. Rosella and her fellow workers are very helpful and kind. On her recommendation we hired a boat for a day and explored the Amalfi Coast. This was beautiful. It really is a recommendation for everyone who loves Italy. Shortly: We had an amazing 2 weeks and will never forget Bellavista.

The view was breathtaking!

We loved our stay in Scala! Rossella and Paola were most welcoming. The apartment was in easy reach to many amazing places, although the roads are very winding and narrow for the uninitiated! We had a wonderful stay and our young teenage girls loved the pool. The view was breathtaking! Would highly recommend!
