  • Arrival and DeparturePlease inform us of your arrival time and/or your flight details so we can arrange delivery of the key. Arrivals must be timed between 15.00h and 20.00h. Regrettably, if you arrive between 20.00h and 22.00h there will be a € 50,00 surcharge. Arrivals later than 22.00h will not be accepted and delivery of keys will not be possible. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals (the check in time has to be agreed. Sunday check-in time is between 4pm to 8.00pm If clients leave the villa or the apartment before 9.00 o’ clock in the morning we will hold the deposit which will be sent by electronic draft bank to the agency or guests the day after their departure. It is necessary to inform us of your approximate arrival time at least 10 days before your arrive. In order to facilitate key delivery, please call us on the final leg of your journey to the Amalfi Coast

Sea view is a house located in Atrani (only 800 mt from Amalfi). It has large outdoor roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, combined living/dining room and a kitchen.

Description

Sea view is a beautiful apartment situated in the historical center of Atrani and only 90 steps to climb to reach the house
Its characteristic are the beautiful colored hand-painted majolica tiles floor. It is on 2 floors. The main floor is composed of:

  • A combined living/dining room with sofa bed, table and chairs and TV
  • A bedroom with adouble bed and a lovely slide door. The ceiling is 2,10mt
  • An intermediate floor with two beds and possibility to add a bed on request. The ceiling is about about 1,85mt

From the living room, going through a winding staircase, you will reach the bathroom and then climbing other few stesps the upper part of the house with a furnished kitchen and the access to the large and panotramic terrace.

The bathroom is complete and with a shower
The kitchen is small but well furnished with stove top, fridge, freezer and a washing machine.
From the kitchen there are two glass doors that lead directly on the beautiful terrace

The large terrace overlooks the sea, the Church of La maddalena and on its back the whole village os Atrani and the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with a tent, deck chairs, tables, chairs, external shower and a barbecue. Its floor is with terracotta tiles and has also brickwork seats, decorated with hand-painted majolica tiles.

Please note that the house has 2 intermediate floors with steps so before you make your reservation make sure that is a good apartment for you, family or friends
It is not recommended for children under 10 years and for old people

Staying in Atrani you will be able, without the need of a car, to visit all the villages of the Amalfi Coast, the island of Capri and Sorrento.
Tours to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri and ischia can also be booked
